#9

He was climbing on something Thursday night and fell, hitting the side of his head and splitting it open. Once daddy looked at it and decided it needed stitches or something, I took him to the ER. We were there for almost 5 hours before they were able to examine him and glue it together. During the first 4 hours he was climbing on the chair backs in the waiting room, trying to jump off... Almost 2 and no sense yet. :)

So sorry!--and I had to giggle that he continued to be a monkey even in the ER!~

Thanks for your comments over at my place! Is your daughter enjoying her photography?

Glad you like the Rapunzel pic--I keep mine pretty long as well (that's how my honey likes it)--which means it's often in a ponytail or big clip!
Blessings!

Octamom- Sam is a reguler monkey and Laura 3 1/2 can climb trees with her older brothers. Too bad blood freaks me out. Thank goodness hubby and Anne, my oldest (18), are not bothered by it.

Kids never learn! :) Our fifth loves to climb everything and run too fast. He often comes up to us, out or breath, blood dripping down his kness, excitedly recounting his marvelous games outside. He is just *that* type of boy, I guess. :)

your son sounds like most of ours. we stay in the ER a bit a few times a year as well. I've gotten pretty used to the place and know where everything is.

Our Diana is a monkey too.

God bless!
